The final night of The 2008 Beacon Cycling Series-West Indies vs. the World proved another productive one for German rider Stefan Steinweg.

Steinweg, who won the 40-lap circuit race when the Beacon Series went to Market Square in Tobago last Wednesday, also rode away with the 14-lap event around the Queen's Park Savannah Sunday evening.

In the grueling Savannah race, Steinweg finished just ahead of Guyanese Marlon Williams of Team West Indies. In third place was another West Indies rider Oneil Samuels out of Jamaica who was just not able to close the gap between himself and Williams.
